SHIPPING: Production time is 1-3 business days. In most cases our main carrier is UPS or US Postal Service and domestic delivery takes 3-5 business days. Shipping insurance and expedited shipping is available upon request.
International customers should be aware that foreign orders take longer to arrive. In general delivery time varies 7-31 days with average reported time of 7-15 days to most countries. If you elect to place an order from outside the United States, please be patient while your order is in transit. Due to high rates and paperwork volume, shipping insurance is not offered on orders shipped outside the United States.
HOLES: Specify if you would like us to add HOLES to your plate, and the color of screws you need (Silver or Gold).
CORNERS: We offer Notched, Rounded and Straight.
ENGRAVING: No limit on engraving, however the more you include, the smaller the text will have to be. Logos and artwork are not included in this price, this is a TEXT ONLY item Custom work is available for this item, contact us.
FONTS: If you don't see something you like, no worries. We have over 2000 fonts available. Also most of the fonts available at dafont.com can be utilized in laser engraving. Pick one out, and we'll try it.
CUSTOM WORK: Plates up to 24" x 12" are available, ask us for a quote for custom work.
DISCOUNTS: Quantity discounts are available if the tags are ALL THE SAME. We will be happy to offer you a quote!

3.25 x 1 Laser Engraved Brass Nameplate
I have used Mad River for nameplates I use on Trophy Plaques for years and have never been disappointed in the quality of their products. Whether you are purchasing ten or one they endeavor to provide you the best looking product possible. They have gotten a bit expensive but you get what you pay for.

Really Makes My Plaques Look Great
I purchase these Brass Plates for placement on plaques that I make for mounting deer antlers. They really make the finished product look great, especially with the optional back plate. Customer service is also the best. Recently ordered six plates with the optional back plate and they came without the plate. When I informed their customer service they redid the plates correctly the same day and immediately put them in the mail. I have used them before and will again.

Totally Satisfied
This is my second order for a 3.25in name plate, and the service and quality were right on. It had been two years since I ordered the last one and I wanted the text to match while the wording had changed. I couldn't remember what text I used previously, so I used the notes section to say I wanted it to match my last order. That request was completed without issue. I also realized that I could have found it out myself if I was a little more observant. I say this because after I placed the order I found a history of my previous order. That is a really convenient feature. I placed my order in the chaos between Christmas and New Years and I still received a prompt notification of the order and another email when it was processed and shipped. It arrived a few days ago in good shape looking exactly the way I wanted. I will be a repeat customer in the future for these name plates and other laser work. Regards, Chris

The Finishing Touch
I bought this nameplate to mount on the frame of a portrait. It was just what I had in mind to complete the oil painting. I wasn't sure if this one was too small or not, so I ordered the 4" plate as well. The frame is 28 x 34 (outer dimensions.) The smaller plate 3.25" was the perfect fit. I would recommend the notched corner style.

Great Quality Great Service
I ordered a single name plate on a Sunday evening. The next afternoon I received an e-mail that it had already been produced and shipped. It arrived in the mail a few days later on Thursday - not bad for Idaho to Ohio without expedited shipping. The envelope even had a hand-written "thank-you" note. As far as I am concerned, the response time and customer service is is as good as it gets. With respect to quality, I am totally satisfied. I chose Mad River because I wanted a laser engraved name plate. I have purchased several engraved brass plates in the past from another supplier, but the text was so shallow it was hard to read. That is not the case with the laser and the contrasting colors. I ordered a brass (gold-looking) plate with black lettering and the text is clear and easy to read.
