SHIPPING: Production time is 1-3 business days. In most cases our main carrier is UPS or US Postal Service and domestic delivery takes 3-5 business days. Shipping insurance and expedited shipping is available upon request.
International customers should be aware that foreign orders take longer to arrive. In general delivery time varies 7-31 days with average reported time of 7-15 days to most countries. If you elect to place an order from outside the United States, please be patient while your order is in transit. Due to high rates and paperwork volume, shipping insurance is not offered on orders shipped outside the United States.
HOLES: Specify if you would like us to add HOLES to your plate, and the color of screws you need (Silver or Gold).
CORNERS: We offer Notched, Rounded and Straight.
ENGRAVING: No limit on engraving, however the more you include, the smaller the text will have to be. Logos and artwork are not included in this price, this is a TEXT ONLY item Custom work is available for this item, contact us.
FONTS: If you don't see something you like, no worries. We have over 2000 fonts available. Also most of the fonts available at dafont.com can be utilized in laser engraving. Pick one out, and we'll try it.
CUSTOM WORK: Plates up to 24" x 12" are available, ask us for a quote for custom work.
DISCOUNTS: Quantity discounts are available if the tags are ALL THE SAME. We will be happy to offer you a quote!

I did not think that I would find any engraver that had other than "Stock" fonts!
I was pleasantly surprised that I was even able to order a 1"x3" Black with Gold lettering plate that was other than "standard" same old 6 fonts the industry uses. I searched every where for an engraver that could take my logo and font and create a plate. I searched all over the web and locally too! Half expecting to receive an e-mail with a "dear John" tone - I instead, received several confirmation letters and eventually an email for the approval of my design with a proof. Very quick turn around and process and they even cut the plate down to 1" x 2.5" at my request! It looks wonderful and I cannot wait to affix it to my first project!

Great, but not quite as advertised
This is a beautiful plaque and I'll be ordering more as needed. Delivery seemed to take a little longer than I liked, especially since they charged $1 more for delivery than I paid for the product, but it was worth waiting for. The only thing I'll add is that they offered, and I ordered, the plaque with "ornamental screws". What I received were four ornamental tacks instead. I'll order from Mad River again, but I'll allow the extra time for the order. I'd recommend them.

Couldn't Be More Pleased
We used this plate for a jewelry box my husband and I made for our granddaughter. We wanted to have a lasting memory of the occasion. This was the only website I found where I could choose fonts,size, color and corner shape. We were very pleased with the plate and it came in a timely manner.

Mad River Laser got my order perfectly correct! I'm very pleased with how this 3" x1" plaque name plate turned out. They followed my order to its exact survivals, including a blank line on line 3 to make the award recipient's name stand out separately from the name of the award.
